Module: Questionary
The Questionary module lets organizers run structured surveys through chat, at any point across the event lifecycle, instead of relying on separate survey tools or paper forms.
How It Works
Organizers define their own set of questions. Sabin asks these questions conversationally and records each response directly into the Sabin backend, capturing the question, the participant’s answer, their role, and a timestamp.
Flexible, Ongoing Use
Questions can be asked at any time, in unlimited number — there is no fixed phase or quota. The only practical limit is the event’s overall chat volume, not a separate survey cap. This makes Questionary useful well beyond a single „survey moment,“ including extensively before the event starts.
Questions are woven into the normal flow of the chat rather than presented as a separate survey mode, so participants don’t get the feeling of being interrogated — it reads as part of the conversation, not a form to fill out.
Data Captured per Answer
| Question | The question as defined by the organizer. |
| Answer | The participant’s response. |
| Chatter | Who answered. |
| Chatter’s Role | Participant, Guest, Press, Team, or Admin. |
| Timestamp | When the answer was given. |
Organizers can build lists of questions organized by time period, and Sabin will ask them and post the answers to the backend accordingly.
