What Is Sabin
Sabin is an AI-powered event assistant chatbot for endurance sports events — cycling races, running events, triathlons, and rowing regattas. Built on Claude’s API with a MariaDB backend, configured entirely through data, not code.
The Core Idea
Instead of scattering information across websites, PDFs, WhatsApp groups, and printed race guides, Sabin puts it all into one chat. Participants simply ask questions — in their own language — and get immediate, accurate answers drawn directly from the event’s own data.
How It Works
Sabin runs on Claude’s API with a MariaDB backend and Scriptcase as the admin frontend. Every event gets its own configuration — bots, modules, texts, and data connections are entirely database-driven. A new event is set up by configuring data, not writing code.
